PLEASE READ: Important July Information

  1. Due to vacations this week, we will be holding the July Sponsor Meeting on Monday July 9th beginning at 6:30 pm. Committee Chairs are asked to attend or to send me a report prior to the meeting.
  2. Since we have a team leaving for D Rally early Friday morning next week, our July Unmounted Meeting will be moved to Wed. at 7:00 and the topic will be “Preparing for Rally”.
  3. I am requesting all Cs (and D3s who are interested and/or preparing to rate to C1 in August) to contact me and be prepared to assist with portions of next Weds. meeting. This is your opportunity to get your unmounted teaching requirement completed for the August Rating.
  4. Jenny Goad has cancelled for July 28th due to a family emergency, and the Mounted Clinic Committee has decided not to replace that clinic since we have Maureen Pach July 7-8, D Rally 13-15, Jr D Camp 17-19, Deb McKenzie Willson 21-22, Championship/Festival 24-31, and then RCPC Camp August 2-5.
